Image Safety & Consent Rules
The first version is for creative edits of authorized adult portraits. It does not offer face swapping or tools for impersonating another person.

Only use authorized adult photos
You must be 18 or older and have explicit permission from every adult pictured. We do not support editing photos of children in the first version. Do not upload stolen, scraped, private or sensitive images.
No impersonation or deceptive deepfakes
Do not imitate a celebrity or another real person, replace one person’s face with another’s, fabricate endorsements, create misleading political content, commit fraud or make false evidence of an event. Changing a background or outfit must not be used to deceive viewers.
No intimate or abusive content
Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized edits, nudity, harassment and humiliating uses are prohibited. Consent for the original photograph does not automatically mean consent to every possible edit or public distribution.
Disclose synthetic edits
Clearly label generated portraits as AI-generated when sharing. Do not remove provider provenance markers to mislead others. Outputs cannot be used for identity verification.
Safety before live generation
A consent checkbox is not a verification system. Live generation stays disabled until authenticated access, input and output moderation, abuse reporting and appropriate review procedures have been implemented and tested. Provider safeguards are an additional layer, not a substitute for these controls.
